Please note that we are not set up to accommodate free walk-in or drop-in visits. Visits to our warehouse or office are only arranged for serious buyers and business partners as part of our operational and inspection procedures.
As part of our security and certification requirements, Namayan B.V operates as a closed facility. Therefore, no visitor will be granted access without prior approval, visitor authorization, or confirmed business engagement.
Warehouse & Office Visitation Policy Requirements
To schedule a visit, buyers are required to complete the necessary pre-order procedures. Approved visitors may be invited to:
- Witness the loading process
- Conduct product inspections
- Verify packaging and shipment preparation
- Receive original shipping documentation during container loading

Most operational details, product information, and transaction discussions can be efficiently handled through email communication and phone consultations prior to scheduling a visit.
Steps Required Before Scheduling a Visit
Buyers are advised to proceed with the following:
- Place a confirmed order
- Complete the required upfront payment covering:
- Product booking
- Container booking
- Loading and packaging
- Insurance
- Third-party inspection services
